We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner you get your name on the waiting list, the quicker your product will be assembled. Due to production constraints, we can only accommodate a limited number of orders at a time.
Once production of your product begins, please allow up to four weeks for completion.
To secure your order, we require a non-refundable deposit of at least 30% of the total sale price, payable in cash or by check. Alternative online payment methods can be discussed upon request.
The remaining 70% of the total sale price is due at the time of purchase.
For flies we offer shipping or pickup options. (If shipping is chosen the shipping price will be added onto the overall price of the sale.
For Overland tent sales only:
Approximately three days before your tent is ready for pickup, we will contact you to schedule a convenient time for pickup. We are located in Cheyenne Wyoming. Please not that for privacy reasons, we disclose our address only after a sale is confirmed.
